Supporting your Wellness Journey...
Do I need to have a reason to have Reflexology?
Absolutely not! All therapies are incredibly popular for their amazing benefits and are extremely relaxing. Many clients choose to indulge in regular treatments as they provide a deep sense of relaxation. They are fantastic forms of self-care and pampering, supporting a holistic approach to health that addresses both physical and emotional well-being
How often or how many sessions of treatments should I have?
Finding the perfect frequency for your treatments is key to achieving long-term well-being! Depending on your individual circumstances, we'll work together to determine the best. If you're looking to support a health concern, I highly recommend starting with an initial course of 6 sessions either weekly or fortnightly. This will help build a therapeutic foundation and allow your body to truly benefit from the treatments. And don't forget, some clients love to book monthly sessions for a little "me time" to look forward to each month. Let's find the perfect for you and get started on supporting your journey to wellness!
Do you sell gift Vouchers?
Absolutely! You can purchase a treatment voucher that would make an amazing gift for your loved ones or friends! Please contact me to arrange.
